Subject: Vancouver Subaru triathlon

Does anyone know if the buoys will be out at Lacarno Beach for practice before the race?

Good question, I'd like to know this as well.

 

Also, has anyone been in the water lately?  Anyone know the current temperature?

I swam at Kits beach on Monday--don't know the actual temp, but was comfortable in my wetsuit.  There were a couple people there swimming without wetsuits as well--their skin looked awfully red to me though!!

Has anyone who competed in the Van Half Iron recieved there race garment yet? It was not available race day and we were told we would recieve the item within 3-4 weeks. Well it is mid September and nothing. Tried contacting them with no response. Anyone else?

Just got mine last week... They sent it to a local bike shop for pick up..
