I have dropped to 220 and am looking forward to my first HIM. I'm no speed demon, but I am a plugger. One leg at a time.

I'm aiming between 6-7 hours. It all depends on the bike. When it is windy, I am a giant sail, which will wear me out. I just did an Olympic in 3:00, and that was with a crummy run on stones.... So we shall see.

I'll be there, 45-49 @ 230lbs.  Wind should not be a problem, not more than 5-10 MPH forecast all day.  The heat will play a factor, 75 or so for the start.  Should be a fine tune up for Louisville next month.  Rode that with a with some friends last Saturday, not a fun time, wind and heat  Good luck to the large crowd this weekend and race smart & safe.

Thanks! Heat looks to be killer, but they may move up swim times to combat the heat. Will let you know how I do post race. May have to dictate words to my wife...

Finished in 3:28. Great swim and bike, the run was what it was. HOT and lots of walkers. GREAT course management by the Muncie gang, water and ice were everywhere. Bless you if you helped out with the race!
