Master 1970 Somewhere on the Tennessee River | Subject: RE: 7.1.12..Rabbit Rabbit & happy Sunday! 105F high today; it's only 101F right now. Played in a local spring-fed creek for a while. Only cool-ish place outside. But at night it's a different world. So I have plans to run about 30 minutes or so later tonight. Should be back down to the mid 80's. Expert 1051 Bradenton, Florida | Subject: RE: 7.1.12..Rabbit Rabbit & happy Sunday! Just a little bike/swim/run for me today. Went to the beach with the family for a picnic. Then went for a short family bike ride. Afterwards I went for a 500 yd OWS while the kids played in the sand (my wife was watching them). Finished the day by running home, 6.5 miles. Not a bad way to get in the training. |
