Great work out there!  SPEEDY bike split!

I have raced this course a lot (Patriot takes place there), the run has been changed almost every time I have done it and there just doesn't seem to be a way to make that course any better.  It used to be out on Colonial Parkway which has almost no shade.  At least through the corn fields we had some protection.
