I signed up today.  Anyone crazy enough to join me?

I have riden the entire course, so I know what I am getting myself into, but it is daunting nonetheless.  The thought of climbing City View a second time after 80+ miles of climbing is particularly frightening.

This is my first time, so I decided on the metric century.  If I do okay, I'll do the century next year.  Good luck!!!

I'm doing this too. Originally I was just going to do the 80...  I mean I see no point to do part of the course twice. But for $20, a jersey, and bragging rights, I had to do it.

I have only done City view. The 30 mile loop. It should be a hoot.

Who'd be up for an ad hoc BT Deer Creek ride that day?

The wife was already mad I was going to miss out on something, so now that is on. Sunday is out, but I do want to ride it. I was thinking of doing the normal loop twice. Friday or Saturday will work.

I wasn't planing on doing the ride but what a bummer for those of you that were. Steve, I would be up for riding DC that day. Not the full course but a partial. Keep me posted.

I was thinking about doing the equivalent of metric century route that day (glad I printed and saved the route map!).

Anyway you can send that? Sucks they took all the info down, they probably don't want a couple hundred riders showing up to do an "unofficial".

I did the regular City view route twice last year, but I was looking it up just to check how to do it and it is gone. I "think" I can do it from memory, but wanted to be sure.

OK - here's a little known bit of internet amazing-ness. It's called the Wayback Machine.

Did city view twice today. Turned out to be half. 48/6K. The full would be a painful day. It was really nice out.
