Pre-race routine:

Ate a mini-bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee. Ate a GU about 10 min prior to the swim start.
Event warmup:

Rode my bike to the course (~15 min) and got in the water before the race, light jog to the start line. Got to the start line and into the water, but no real swim warm-up

WEll, I definetly did not put a lot of work into running this year... just need to get in miles to get the split down.
