Short swim before my wave start. No other real warmup...just hanging out and staying off my feet while waiting for my wave...for an hour!

Warm down:

4 slices of pizza, 2 chocolate chip cookies, a pepsi, and a lot of water.
Walked about 2 miles back to my hotel after the race.


What limited your ability to perform faster:

A new personal record! Although it was damn hot, and despite running with ice in my hands and executing my nutrition plan perfectly, I probably could have run a few minutes faster in cooler conditions.
