Subject: Hot Weather Nutrition What do you all eat/ drink in super hot weather BEFORE you work out. Im scheduled for a run this afternoon. its supposed to be upper 80's low 90's with stupid high humidity. I plan on just covering my distance, and not reallypushing for a quick pace. I figure it will be good for me one way or another... assuming Im not dehydrated to start. On days like this I tend to have , um, tummy problems. I think its stuff I eat, combined with heat and exertion. I try to avopid dairy at all cost. That said, a kids gotta eat.... what would you get that is handy at a local deli, or mini market? it is 12:39 now, please respond by 12:41 so I can get lunch- kidding : 0 ) |
