Comments: great run - started relaxed but excited - by 3/4 of a mile in I was ready to really run. kept pace pretty solid - hills didn't bother me. Good music - good effort - solid performance. It all clicked. What would you do differently?: nothing really -great race Post race

4 or 5 oz coffee on the way to the race
Cytomax - a little 20 mins pre race (8oz or so)
Light jog for a few minutes
