Subject: New Saddle, (Adamo Road) New Knee problems??
Does anyone have any idea what this could be contributed to?? Put the saddle on today, adjusted the seat height and installed the saddle the way it was recommended on their website. Rode on the trainer for about 1:45 and the left knee kept popping the entire ride...Is there an adjustment I need to make? Has anyone else dealt with something similar.

I have a hard time thinking the saddle could relate to your knee unless its twisted sideways, opening up your hips more than normal. I'm no bike guru though, just a beginner myself... Is it at regular height? Maybe its from running really hard?

I had some issues with the fit when I got my Adamo Road also. Try lowering your seat a bit.
