Swim
Comments: I have not been in the pool much so I was not expecting a blazing fast swim....I got out and swam at a comfortable pace and worked hard on the way to swim exit What would you do differently?: no time swim training and push a little earlier Transition 1
Comments: Felt gret coming out of the water and was very focused through T1....now that I think about it I remember very little of T1 What would you do differently?: nothing....well maybe learn fly mounts Bike
Comments: Since I was in a late wave the bike course was crowded which helped me stay focused and chase people. When people turned off and I started my second lap it was tougher to continue to work. Transition 2
Comments: Not sure why this was a little slow...as I felt I moved through T2 What would you do differently?: moce through T2 with more urgency Run
Comments: I struggled through the run...as it was getting a little warm--tried to stay focused and keep my self moving...it was a run/walk approach What would you do differently?: lack of bricks lately Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: my training has been inconsistent lately Last updated: 2012-01-20 12:00 AM

I headed to NJ the on saturday and got a hotel room- which allowed for more sleep ;)
I was in wave 10 of 11. Prior to setting up transition I went for a little ride. Once we got closer to the start I got in the water and did some swimming to warm up.
