Know what's scary?  Olympic race walkers WALK at that pace for 20k...  4 sub 20 minute 5k in a row.  It's hard to get your head around when it takes all I have to even run close to that.

That's great work!  I think my days of even sniffing that are long gone....you should be proud!  Congratualtions on a goal being achieved!
