Subject: lap Swimming in Denver for vositor

All....I will be in Denver for 8 days of work and really need a place to swim. I'll be at the Doubletree on Quebec. Any ideas?

Goodson Recreation Center is near Arapahoe and University.  About 5-10 minutes away.  Nice pool and recreation center.  Even nice trails for running.  

Not sure when you are coming, but the next week or two is there maintenance season, so pool will be closed.  There is also a Colorado Athletic Club about 4 minutes from your hotel. It is the CAC DTC.  I believe they have a guest fee (no idea price), and they have a nice pool as well.  

Finally, and this would be the best option.  See if the hotel has an arrangement, or just call Greenwood Athletic Club.  This is 2 minutes from your hotel.  Beautiful upscale facility, and I'm sure the guest fee would be as well, but if they have any sort of arrangement, you'd be golden.

If you are going to be at the Doubletree on Quebec in the Stapleton area; the Central Park Rec Center is just down the street, lap swim in the mornings, at lunch, and in the evenings, just check the Denver Parks and Rec schedule.  They have 4 lanes at that location.  There are also a couple other Denver Rec pools nearby, but Central Park will is the newest of the lot.

My mistake, I thought you were talking about the Double Tree down in DTC which is just down the street from Quebec St. off of Orchard.  I am totally way off.
