i did the full last year, and will be back for the same - pretty sure the run i did up mont royal while motorcycle touring in quebec a couple of weeks ago will serve me well come the final leg

at a half-dozen times you may have me beat, though i did do paris to ancaster on my cyclocross bike. i actually got a new mtb last week, replacing the steel rigid i'd been riding since 1994 - took it out to the woods on saturday and had a great time, then went out to some more technical trails on sunday:

at least i didn't break anything

ha, better than me - i crashed on that big rock garden with the plank bridge on top near the star of rogue on the first loop and broke my wrist!

will see if i can manage the lakeside oly in a cast
