Hi all,

My sister and I are going to be doing the Texas Memorial Hermann 70.3 ironman which in April. Has anyone done this one and does it sell out quick? Just wondering how late I should wait to register.

Try posting your question in the Texas forum. I've done the race several times. I always sign up early so I don't know if it sells out or not.

There are many race reports on this race under the "Races" tab. The race reports will probably answer most of your questions about the race.

I signed up about a month from the race this year. I'm not sure if it ever sold out. That said, if you know you're going to do it, why not register early? It's a great race IMO. Calm water swim, flat, flat, flat bike, and the run, well, it was a run. It was 85+ by the time we hit the run, so get ready for the heat.

Thank you. I think I'm fine in the heat LOL I"m in L.A and I've been doing block training in 85 plus heat. I'll register soon. Can't wait to do it, so excited.
