What wave were you in?  I went off in wave 8 - there were cars on two sections of the course when I was out - for the most part it seemed the cops kept traffic away from the ride course.  Agree with your sentiment regarding the run.

Yellow caps, I think wave 5. was able to start with my wife which I thought was cool.

I just looked at your pic and realized you were on the podium. Congratulations! I was yelling at you “Go Sunrise Tri". I was representing also but had the blue sunrise Tri run visor. I always make the excuse that I'm 215-220 lbs and I’ll never be that fast but you inspired me. Great Job!
