I am just not ready for that distance I am doing the Oly. I will be wearing a Beefteam Tri Kit. Spicewood Demolition Derby Visor. Anyone say hello. The weather conditions were extremely favorable which was great. Man I'm still pumped up. I want to do another one like right now. |

Some of you are way too fast! Can't wait to see you all out there again next year! WOOOOT!

I didn't have time to inspect the tire/tube on the first flat to see what it was, so I don't know if I just ran over something and it was still stuck in the tire or if it was multiple pinch flats from riding on the rough road in aero. Either way I'm going to need a new tire now! I may have to talk the wife into a new front wheel as well. Maybe go for a tubie? If I go clincher I'll probably go to the conti GP's instead of the Vittoria Open Corsa's just because I had flats in 2 races this year and it pissed me off. |

Not sure if I was lucky or you all were unlucky. I have been using the Corsa on North Parmer in Austin (plenty of junk in the road) and haven't had an issue. Maybe I am just slow all the way around?! Just wanted to let you all know that it may not be the Corsa Evo's. |
