Subject: Anyone done Eagleman 70.3?
Looking for a good east coast HIM for next year.  Is that one any good?

I ALMOST did it. Meaning, I DNFed. But I can tell you that if you want a well-run East Coast HIM, it should be on your short list.

It's well-run with solid history and a great organization behind it. 

It routinely gets a few top pros. The pro forum this year was quite enjoyable. 

It's flat and hot. I mean it. It's only June, but it's hot on the Eastern shore of MD. 

I can't tell you what the finisher's medal looks like. I'll pick mine up next year.

It's a great, well-run race.  Both the run and bike course are pancake flat.  It is crazy hot and humid at that time of year, with heat indices usually over 100.  You can check out my race reports for more details if you want.
