swam far right current push to middle, swam much further than required, felt good after other than distance mind games
What would you do differently?:

find turnaround bouy sooner, understand bouy colors and significance of - swim faster?

Course rolling to me hilly, some burn in legs in second half ave start - 16.5 to 14.5 hot during ride - foot hurt during ride only, never had that before - gear issues with shifting, lost 1 through 10 for a while, stayed in low gear once I got it back - Someone ran into back tire, did not effect me only stop and help time - took break at 1/2 stop - not a lot of stops for water - extra carrier?
What would you do differently?:

Beter way for Nunn - would not fit in bottle - Shoes hurt - learn how to downhill and corner - assure gears are good, better cadence? underarm chaffing

bit faster? relax and keep moving, had a lot of stuff, better prep?

predominately run to each water stop - walk through stop and run to next, did more than a few stops inbetween water stops, pace good - leg cramps hams 2 times, calfs wanted to but did not sieze up - comptression socks appear to have worked - shoes excellent - 2 sponges and each stop, water, electrolytes, pretzels after a while
What would you do differently?:

less time at each stop, could of cost 1 hr? Salt maybe?

take more water at start - dry
