Subject: Daughter's First OWS in a Wetsuit
Well my 18 yearold daughter decided to sign up for a Triathlon. Since her high school graduation she has really been in to working out. She was avarsity swimmer for four years. We hit the lake this morning. She was a little put off about some weeds but got comfortable. She did great.
She is doing The Cortland Try a Tri September 15th. Pretty cool. Just felt like sharing. Next season we will be doing the Mini-Musselman together!

That is so cool! I'm hoping my kids will pick up the interest one day..(they're 7 and 9 now)..How fun to do a triathlon with your daughter!

Awesome. Hope mine will be doing them someday. So far, it's even money whether it's triathlons or XBOX.

She was really on her first swim team at age 7. Hoping to get a few pointers from her.....

There is nothing better than doing a tri with your children. Even more so when you know that they are having a good time and they pester you for when the next race is. Enjoy. Here is my daughter and I at this years Buffalo city 70.3
