Ashtanga Yoga by john Scott...lots of pics from beginning to end of each exercise...great reviews on amazon.  Galloways Book On Running - Jeff Galloway.  Total Immersion - Terry Laughlin AND Triathletes Training Bible by Joe Friel.  Lots of great reading ahead for xmas break...under palm treees, sipping yummy brews...thinking of all of u who r in cold climates...DON'T WORRY!...i may send some warm your way...if your lucky and i have a bout of unselfishness.

Oh yeah, the squirmy worm (my 8month old) was not to keen on 'Crawl, Walk, Then Run - Essentials for Starting your Child Early in Triathlon.'  INSTEAD he preferred Baby Beethoven - Baby Newton - All About Shapes.  Ok, Ok...maybe he isn't quite ready yet!

I have Galloway's book on Running and think it is a great book. His run/walk plans really helped me get started running. I still incorporate walks in my long uns.

Lara SD - how was the Nutrition book? I was looking at it today (after ordering Michael Pate's book...I can't wait til it gets here) I am almost done with the Triathloning for Ordinary Mortals. I found it pretty informative but now I'm reading into the actual training part but I'm not physically there yet. It sure is making me want to get up and GO!
I've already started dreaming about swimming...except I had my mittens on..? It's cold here!
