got up and ate a balance bar and drink 20oz of gatorade.

felt really good on the bike, i never went anaerobic and that really helped. got gatorade at each bottle station.

maybe take along another bottle of accelerade on the bike. (this stuff works great)

I joined training bible .com this year and this was my first "A" race. they were suppose to peak me for this race. IT WORKED!!!!!! the best thing i have done for my training is join the training bible on line coaching service.

Course: the first 5 miles inside the resort are hilly. i had decided not to attack the hills and to make sure i didn't go anaerobic. once you leave the resort it is all big chain ring.
