A little different for this race.... Transition by 630, and start not until 825. Walked to transition and back, had some coffee, oatmeal, a bar, and a gel right before the race.

Started10/69 in my AG, finished 4/69. I had a great time running down lots of places in and out of my age group.

Statstically I started the run 91st overall and ran down 71 places to 20th overall!!!
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. Great run, nutrition plan was right on.

Warm down:

A little A.R.T. after the race, and more walking than I needed.

Event comments:

Rev3 puts on a great race. I suggest ths race to anyone interested in a good half or full-iron race.

Nice race with an especially awesome run!  With the run course having so many turnarounds, we must have passed each other many times.  I finished about 12 seconds before you according to the results pages. 

I agree that Rev3 is the best.  Combine that with the perfect weather conditions = probably the best race experience that I have ever had!

Holy Crap!!!  That's a smokin fast run!!!  I started the run in 26 overall and finished 25 and was happy to have moved up one position.  You KILLED the run!!  Congrats!!

nice race, great run, finishing 4th can be a little bittersweet, just off the podium but quite an accomplishment nonetheless
