Comments: Great race and I set a new 10K PB! Course was tough with the climbs coming at the end of the loop, so we finished uphill on our way to the high school football stadium. Pace was consistent and had no dropoff on the second loop. Hill did feel harder second time around but I actually ran it faster to the finish. What would you do differently?: Nothing - I ran a tempo 10K in training earlier in the week that went really well and race went as planned.  Post race
Warm down: Grabbed water. Chatted with family and friends. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing - good day today! Event comments: I only give the race as average becuase it is a very small local race that is included as part of the Lake Stevens Aquafest weekend activities. Normal routine, quick shower to wake up, toast with honey/pb, diluted gatorade. Short drive to the start at the high school.
None - saw lots of people that I know so by the time I was done chatting it was about time to go.
