Comments:

Used the road bike for a few reasons, but can't figure out if I should use the road or TT bike in France still... Better shifting, but still not very aero and not as much power.
What would you do differently?:

push harder?
Transition 2
  • 00m 35s
Comments:

My feet were a little numb and when I jammed my left foot into the shoe the footbed crunched up- i thought it was just my numb foot for a bout 1/4 mile, but then it rEALLY was bugging me. I just couldn't make myself stop to fix it.
What would you do differently?:

be more careful putting shoes on!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not an A race, road bike instead of TT bike.
