No wetsuits allowed which was a bit of a surprise. Made it a little more difficult.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. Just need to train for better pacing as I still find myself breast stroking.

I got a great position for this transition, on the main aisle a very short distance from the bike out. Went rather well. I do have to get a tri suit because I spent 20 or 30 seconds just getting the damned shirt over my head.

Got a flat on the third lap. Cost me around 8 or 9 minutes. Saw alot of flats on the course. Apparently someone told me there was alot of glass on the course.

Just need to work harder at my biking.
