Not bad. Took a little longer to throw on a shirt because I was freezing.

  • 15.31 mile/hr
Comments:

Imagine how well I would have done w/o the flat tire??? Probably cost me 3-5 minutes using compressed air to get me back to transition.
What would you do differently?:

No flat?
Transition 2
  • 01m 43s
Comments:

Good transition.
Run

  • 3.11 miles
  • 10m 59s  min/mile
Comments:

Yeah me! Hitting sub-11 miles at the end of a tri, and after jogging a 5K the day before with my younger daughter. It felt good the whole way.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing - this is how I want the end of my tri's to feel.
Post race
Event comments:

I always have a fear of a flat so I carry a tube and pump on every ride even races. I ran over a big rock and just waited for a flat. Keep going and did fine.

Glad to see you had a good race.

Awesome work out there!

I would die with a race day fllat.  CO2 cartridges don't seem to work well for me And I have yet to use one successfully!
