Comments: Normally do the 1/2 but full marathon in 2 weeks switched to 10k and raced pretty hard, especially on the hills.  Post race
Warm down: Apple, water, headed back to the car - first year not sticking around for the door prized/free beer etc. What limited your ability to perform faster: No taper Event comments: The big finish clock was off by 2 minutes (fast) so I think there's going to be a lot of PRs that are not broken for awhile. 37.x would be nice, but not yet... Up 7:30, 1 poptart and coffee with some fruit chunks. Zoot ultra shorts, compression top, kinvara2 shoes this time.
Race is in Banff, don't go unless you can buy/borrow a pass in advance as the gate line is crazy. Parked on the NW part of town and ran into the race area. Skip the potties and pee in the woods! This includes the ladies.
Jog to start from car - 1-2k or so.
