Holy smokes tht FAST!!! Congratulations.  Doean'seem like tha bike wreck is holding you back at all...how do you manage a 11 second transition?  I couldn't run the length of the transition area in 11 seconds.  Did you run barefoot???  Crazy fast!!

You are amazing.  It's a pleasure to read your race reports.  I wonder how many other phrases contain the phrase 'signed a few autographs'.

I just have to laugh at those times.  Amazingly fast, too bad that time out of the water slowed you down    I am so disappointed that you lost the symmetry of the race report and had to write 2/150 for the run.

Just awesome.  It will be fun watching you in the Olympics

I had the same response as ChrisM. I just found myself laughing when I read your times. They are so incredible. Awesome. I mean, there were people flabbergasted on the boards last week about a 1:20/100 swim split. I don't think I've seen anyone around here with a :58/100 split, even in a Sprint (and after a 2mi "warm-up"!). And 25.5+mph. And 5:23/mi. I wonder how those guys who win the tri's that I go to do it. Now I know.

All I can say is, Go Corey!

First of all : You Rock and congradulations on the fastest time of the day.
You were probably almost done with the race when I started to run
Was my first Triathlon at the lake and I really liked it.
It can get real hot there during the day . In the 100F . But it was OK at 8 am .
But I must say I and two other senior runners I know talked about that the distances being a little short . The swim felt like a 250m. I have never swam 400 m in anywhere close to the time I did in this race.
Usually takes me just under 9 min at full tilt . But It took only 5:30 mins ! I think the bike course was real close to 10 miles and
The run felt a little short too . Probably just shy of 3 miles .
Finally bike riding was allowed in the Transition area so everyone that rode their bikes had extremely real fast T-1 and T-2 times.

I enjoyed this race and look to doing it again , but the times can only be compared with other racers there or with a future event there.

Blaze that Trail !
