Comments:

Felt good through 10 miles. Began to have pre-cramp indicators in calves around 12 miles. At mile 17 slipped down an embankment and both legs cramped from my butt to my toes. I've never had my toes cramp during a run, weird sensation.
What would you do differently?:

Not much, I think this was all I could do in these conditions.
Post race
Warm down:

Sat on a wall waited for Ruth Anne.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Cramps during final 6 miles.

Event comments:

If you want your butt kicked without entering some ultra run, this is your best bet. Beautiful scenery and challenging course right in the middle of town!
