I just entered my first triathlon in 3 years. I haven't raced a tri since I bumped my head on a car and suffered a traumatic brain injury. New tri bike is ordered: Argon 18 E-116 and training has commenced. I am very pleased to announce that Mimi Reeves, mimir98, will be joining me in this race adventure.

Great ride today.  Looking forward to many more and longer hours.  And hill repeats.  Lots and lots of hill repeats!

Can you make it to San Antonio (next to Dade City)? Lots of decent hilly road there.

I am familiar with that area-my best friend lives in Clearwater...but it's far from here.  We will do lots of trips to Clermont for Sugarloaf bike/run hill repeats!

Less than 4 months. I feel like I should be doing more...but my coach knows what he's doing. How is training coming for everyone?

Hi All,

Is anyone using TriBike Transport?  I'd like to, but they do not have a drop-off/pick-up location near me.  They said if I could find five people, then they would make a special stop.  Anyone in the Memphis/Nashville area going to St. Croix?

I hope everyone's training is going well.

Did anyone else get caught in the Miami storms today? Our flight was diverted and then delayed. We managed to get an another flight arriving Saturday. Hopefully my bike will make it too... What a disappointment! I hope to be there in time for the race!
