Pre-race routine:

Got up at 0400...two hour drive. Got there 1 hour early. Had plenty of time to get everytying ready and set up transition.

Had good swim. I didn't have the confidence to start in the right spot in line. I should have started with the 5 min group, instead I started with 6:30. Had to pass a few people, and even ended up walking in the shallow end to get around two other swimmers.
What would you do differently?:

Start in the right spot, and swim a little harder.

It was kind of a suprise going from bike to run. The legs are little rubbery and my right ankle hurt a lot.

Not enough training on the bike. I'm happy with the swim and run.
