5:15am:  Insanity Cardio Abs
Later:  hill repeats with my CC kids

1800 yds in the pool @ 2:12/100, which is good for me;  yeah, yeah, I'm slow.  Working on getting set-up with a masters swim group to help that.

Got the bike loaded in the van for a ride this afternoon after I drop my daughter off at tennis practice.  I'll get ~25 miles in before I have to go pick her up.

Typical Wednesday for me.

Did 2350 yards at the Y this morning. Then will probably do a sufferfest this afternoon and a ride with the bike club tonight on trails.

Problems with the convenient nearby indoor pool. They won't be open for 2 more months. Thermostat control issues. That leaves me with a mid week gap. Indoor bike yesterday, today maybe an outdoor bike ride for an hour, leaving the hill run for tomorrow (or vice versa). See how.

3,300 yards in the pool this morning.  Planned to go in the 1:35 per 100 yard pace but Pool Racer Guy showed up and he's faster than me.  Pushed me along nicely though to a sub 1:30 / 100 pace!! 

On a side note, we chatted in the locker room after the workout and we both admitted to "racing" just a little bit.  We both pushed each other to a better workout.

Well since it was so humid out anyway I did 1500 yards in the pool again.  I really would like to ride and run whenever this rain leaves our area.  There were a few pool standers who were waiting for their spouses to finish water aerobics.  They would do a lap every so often.
