Good thing I'll be MOP... that moose will be tired by then. Who said there's only one moose? I just said you'll have to wrestle A moose, not that it will be the same one as everyone else! You will also have to have a shot of maple syrup when you cross the finish line. |

Always wanted to do IMC but Whistler is too far for me when I've got another race so close :p Whistler will be a beautiful location for IMC though and IMO is the best decision for that race. |

Whistler was already at the top of my list for places to bum around for a ski season, now they're gonna have a IM there too! Another addition to the bucket list for sure. |

There are two lakes in Whistler my guess would be Greenlake - but there is another lake in Whistler Now what would be super cool - IM sea to sky. point to point race, start in Vancouver end in Whistler. The running from Creekside to Whistler village at the end of an ironman would be pretty challenging though. I said no more Ironmans for a long time, but I'm super excited about this. Hmmm.... |

Rainbow Park is really small, there's no parking & no access and it's quite a ways off from the highway. There has been Xterra races there for a couple years - GREAT venue for that for sure. And the same weekend as Challenge Penticton? REALLY???? That's what I was thinking too. |
