Needing informaiton on the Miami Man

Is the 22 mile bike for the International distance relatively flat?

Is the 6.6 run relatively flat?

I havent seen the course but Miami is basically very flat. Wind and humidity are more likely to be ssues if you're not used to them than incline.

I did the HIM last year, but the OLY uses the same course.

Bike, pancake flat, however you can almost be assured there will be wind.  Last year it was a tailwind on the way out and a headwind of 20+ mph on the way back.  At one point I was passing people at 12 mph.

Run, again is flat but there are some rough sections.  The first mile and 5th mile are on open fields and service roads.  Wind isn't much of a factor but the heat can be.

That was my exact experience last year too. Fun race though.
