Best part - Father's Day and my wife and kids showed up to see me finish!! Always nice! *And*, they had the post-race breakfast boritos...ahghghghg!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

1) swim pile ups
2) could have swam harder
3) transitions, transitions, transitions...

Great race! Nice pool, fast bike course and I love the run through the parks.

Not sure - maybe Wood River or Babler, Alligator Creek. I definately plan on doing Rec-Plex again in October - you?

Probably not Rec-Plex October.  That is the weekend before my wedding.  I don't want to risk any possible chance of not being able to walk down the aisle.  I think I might do Ballwin or Alligator Creek.

When's the Rec-plex October (beyond the obvious October). My husband's family is in St. Peter's, so it might be a good excuse to make a race there. Bonus, no hotel charges!
