Comments:

Was having a hard time on the hills but got passed by a lot of people on the downhills. I wasn't willing to take uncalculated risks to place higher. I got passed by 7 or 8 people.
What would you do differently?:

Train more on hills. Do hill repeats.

Warm down:

Ran a little bit with Jason Adams, 5 min or so.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Was still not recovered from half marathon the weekend before.

Event comments:

Fun race but I didn't know hard it was going to be. I should have trained harder.
