Comments: This was the races first year and we decided to do this just for fun. It was broken up into 10 legs, so we decided to run back to back segments segments rather than switching runners every segment. Not as fast, but it worked for our training day. I "raced" legs 4 and 5 which was 11.4 miles total with a time of 1:21:36. Then kept going with Reece on the 6th leg to get 4 or so more miles in. What would you do differently?: Fun day with good guys. If we had really raced this, I think we would have been 2nd. First place averaged 6:17/mile over the 50 miles.  Post race

4 of usmyself, BTers reecealan, and jlpete and my training buddy from IM Louisville Brandon decided to do the "ultra" relay as a training run. two of us have a marathon in three weeks(Reece and I), and the other two just ran a marathon last weekend.
