Maybe I should say, do EXACTLY what I did?

Be good with your money.  Save and invest as much as you can, because, one day, you will find yourself with a couple expensive hobbies and a small business that would do so much better if you had more expendable cash to put into it.

I know money can't buy happiness.  It can, however, buy some things that can make me happy.

Oh, and "Cut your g*ddam hair."

I'd spin it a bit differently. 
Since I now have a skin condition which causes my scalp to flake and itch profusely when I let my hair grow, which means I have to keep my head shaved, I'd tell my 18 year old self to either let it go sooner or relish it for as long as possible.

Come to think of it... I'd tell myself to be healthier.  Mentally, physically, and fiscally healthier.  So much crap in my life would never have happened if I had stayed healthier in all these aspects.

Find Starting Strength barbell program now and use it, its everything you ever wanted in a workout program.

Go to the best college that accepts you, not the 1 your friends are going to.

Oh and a Math degree alone is pretty useless take the statistics as well.

Don't bother with college just yet, enlist NOW!

Start college while you're still in the military, and don't be embarrassed about being good at accounting.

Take swimming lessons

and dump her! And don't bother with the one you think is next. (I think I'd have to make numerous trips back in time to direct myself away from horrible romantic choices! My taste in women has not been constructive)

...yah, there are many things I would like to have known. Some things I'm better off learning the hard way, but some I really wish I had known 21 years ago (and 16 years ago, and 6 years ago, and 3 years ago)

Buy Apple.

I guess I must just be old.

If I told my 18 year old self to buy Apple, it would have been one long agonizing 20 year wait, plus a flirt with bankruptcy, before the investment made a penny.  The 100X gain thereafter would have been worth the wait, but, at 18, I was both a sceptic and impatient, and I would have began to doubt my future self long before the 20 years was up.

I think I would tell myself to buy Berkshire Hathaway instead and avoid all the angst.

You only get one chance at health, don't blow it and respect your body!  You don't have the best genes to start with.
