Subject: Off Season Training Plans

I just completed my first Ironman in Florida a week ago. It was awesome and life changing. And while I won't be doing a full until 2014 I plan on a couple halfs etc this upcoming season. What are some good off season maintenance plans? I am someone who needs structure and variety.

Thanks in advance!

I know it costs but endurance nation has an off season 99.00 sale right now. Thinking about an early christmas present. They are awesome over there. Many of us try to do the winter cycling program, often referred to as george around here and the barry p 3,2,1 plan.
