Woke at 430.
Bagel, peanut butter and banana with water.

Event warmup:

Light stretch.
Way too early to event, but made it just right to start line.
Run

Comments:

Had a great pace through 30k about a 7:13. Felt good until about mile 19, then fatigue started to set in.
Ran the entire race; no walking and jogged through aid stations.
Took two gels, at ~8mi and ~18.

What would you do differently?:

Need to work on negative splits and late run speed.
Should do gels at 6, 13, 19 miles
