Comments: Had a great pace through 30k about a 7:13. Felt good until about mile 19, then fatigue started to set in. Ran the entire race; no walking and jogged through aid stations. Took two gels, at ~8mi and ~18. What would you do differently?: Need to work on negative splits and late run speed. Should do gels at 6, 13, 19 miles Post race

Light stretch.
Way too early to event, but made it just right to start line.
