Pre-race routine:

Had a good nights sleep, up at around 5:30. Oats for breakfast. Pack my gear and off in the car.

Set-up transition, and had a coffee. Wet suit on, and a quick warm up swim.

Good ride , one of my best bike splits. Small amount wind and it was getting stronger near the end of the bike.

Seem to take it a bit easy.
What would you do differently?:

Ride a little harder from 20 - 30.

Was sick a couple of week ago. The seem to have an effect on my energy levels and breathing. May have ocst me a bit of time.
