Swim
Comments: I thought I swam well, maybe looking back I could have been a bit quicker. Sighted well. What would you do differently?: Maybe swim a little quicker. Transition 1
Comments: Need better shoes, I have two strap cycling and they dont work well for tris. Left race belt. What would you do differently?: remember my race belt. Bike
Comments: Good ride , one of my best bike splits. Small amount wind and it was getting stronger near the end of the bike. Seem to take it a bit easy. What would you do differently?: Ride a little harder from 20 - 30. The bike time includes transitions. Transition 2
Comments: Good transition, always better with T1 than T2. Picked up the race belt. Run
Comments: Ran Ok, I haven't run 10 km for a while due to injury. But it all went well. Picked up the pace for the last 1.5 km What would you do differently?: Not much, good run time Post race
Warm down: Bottle of water and banana. What limited your ability to perform faster: Was sick a couple of week ago. The seem to have an effect on my energy levels and breathing. May have ocst me a bit of time. Last updated: 2012-10-28 12:00 AM

Had a good nights sleep, up at around 5:30. Oats for breakfast. Pack my gear and off in the car.
Set-up transition, and had a coffee. Wet suit on, and a quick warm up swim.
Warm up was about 500 meters of swimming.
