Training Rides inside

I'm working my way through the TrainerRoad series for century riders, I like what I'm seeing so far.  When that finishes I wanted to move on to something that is more specific to riding a Tri.

I am signed up for the Vineman in July, so if anyone has experience with the full course and the TrainerRoad workouts, I would really like some suggestions on which rides would be most beneficial.
