Does anyone do the Speedy-Feet Wednesday night tris in Dayton?  What distance are they, and how many people usually show?

They are held at Caesars Creek State Park, 0.6 mile swim, 21 mile bike, and 3.6 mile run. They are pretty popular. Last race had about 100 racers. Jeff does a great job putting these on and they are alot of fun! Check out Speedy-Feet.com.

I looked at it, but I didn't see distances posted, and I couldn't figure it out from the times.  But those are good distances. I'll try to make it out.  How much did they cost last year?

$20 race day, $15 online if you sign up early. You cant beat that!
