It was so nice swimming without a wetsuit in this race. I felt so much more comfortable and relaxed. I had no trouble breathing or running short of breath or energy. Felt great coming out of the water despite my slower time. There was a hill that I had to run up which may partially be why my swim time seemed slower.
What would you do differently?:

Train more.

Run was great. This is where I did most of my catching up and passing. The last hill really tired me out, but the rest of the way I felt pretty good.

Good job Jon.  I agree, those hills are pretty brutal on the run.. and that last one sheesh.  The course goes right past the TA as a big tease when you still have do the last hill.. not very nice of em   Glad you enjoyed it.
