Pre-race routine:

A last minute decision to run this. I had a free entry won at a drawing for volunteering at another race, so why not? 10K was right after running a 5K race (hence the name double trouble). Ran a couple miles, then the 5K (27:10, 7/33 AG), then this 10K.

Comments:

I was attempting to treat this as a part of a longer training run (early in marathon training cycle), but will admit that towards the end of both races, I couldn't resist pushing it a little.

I think I ran another mile or so to complete long run, but can't remember off the top.

LGRAW puts on a very nice race. Also nice to be so close to home!
