How did you manage to miss your hip bone?  Both of my kids have crashed multiple times.....always the point of the hip bone takes a beating.  Glad you are good to go!

No idea. Was drafting off a friend and hit a rock - skidded out sideways.

OK -- Lisac957 made a post in another thread and I guess I have missed seeing this thread for a while, because there are a lot of great pictures.  Some bike crash wound pic to hand stands to marathon to mud runs, etc..........

Looking great and doing awesome things.  Keep it up!!!!

When I run trails, I wear something bright and easy to spot in case I get hurt and need to be found. Easier for a kid to spot when he's looking back for his mama too.

Man, I wish I could meet some BT folks! Great pics. Racing is much more fun with buddies.

Elaine, glad you didn't get hurt more than that. Looking fit, yo!

Uh yeah, your tummy looks way too flat in relation to how young your little one looks!  Then again, you're clearly out there running it so I guess it makes sense

Thank you very much ladies! I am feeling good and fit!! So, I cannot complain at all. It also helps to have a triathlete hubby who knows how important fitness is to me!

It makes all the difference when your SO is supportive and helps you carve out that "you" time when babe is little :)  We call this "putting on your own oxygen mask first" in our house, lol.

Kudos to both of you for modeling a healthy lifestyle for your little one. You really do look GREAT!
