Compression shorts for running under running shorts or tights.  Hate the mesh crap in running shorts, I always cut that out.  Nothing under bkie shorts.

I can go with nothing under my tights or tri shorts for short running trips.  Anything over 4 miles causes major chafing, so I wear some polyamide boxer briefs from Jockey when I go longer than 4 miles.

I never wear underwear under my running tights or bike shorts... but dont make fun of people who do! My last bike ride 3.5 weeks ago me and another guy were making fun of his wife because we could see her underwear under her bike shorts and her response was "what if you have to emergency room or something" about 30 mins later I got in an bad accident and ambulance was called I had bad road rash and a bad broken collar bone.... and she was laughing then

All you compresson short people....Are compresson short only meant for sport wear or can they be worn for everyday use as well?
