Subject: Hats off to outside workers.
My hat is off to all you who work outside in the heat and still have the energy to train. The last 2 days I have been working in a un air conditioned shop changing an engine shop temp same as out side about 92 for most of the day. Today I crashed on the run ¾ of the way in. Your dedication and toughness are admired.

Ditto.  I ran yesterday and it was nasty humid out there - I can't imagine sitting in that all day and THEN running.

Thanks! ( I train mostly alone). I always just tell myself I am becoming much more efficient at keeping my body temperature down than those who don't work outside. Just got to drink tons of water.
