I felt great the first part of the this race. I was holding a pace of 6:30 or under right up until about mile 11 and then just could not hold it any longer. I ended 6th female overall.
What would you do differently?:

Slow the overall pace down in the beginning so I could hold on longer

Cheered on other Wilmington people coming through the line
